Where are your products made?
Our pillows and sleepwear are made in New Zealand. Our pillow toppers are designed in New Zealand, made in China.

What size am I?
Please refer to size guide. If you have further questions about sizing please get in touch! If your order is the wrong size, we will happily exchange it if the stock is available.

What pillow is best for me?
Refer to out Pillow Menu, and if you're still having trouble choosing, don't hesitate to get in touch!

What are your care instructions?
Please refer to individual product pages.

How long does it take for my orders to arrive?
Products are couriered and tracked from our warehouse in Auckland. We typically expect delivery within 2 working days to most major metro areas, however some variation may occur depending on your location. If you're having problems with delivery, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Where do you deliver?
We only sell products within Australia and New Zealand and can only ship to a location where we can provide a delivery service. Additional delivery charges may apply to locations outside of main centers as advised when you place your order. We do not make deliveries outside of Australia or New Zealand. Please get in touch if you would like to order for Australia delivery.

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for all orders over $150. A flat rate ($10-$20 depending on your location) will be charged for orders under $150.

What's your returns policy?
Orders can be returned or exchanged with 7 days of delivery, pillows and toppers must be unopened/unused. Only items purchased at full price can be returned for a refund. Find our full returns policy here.
